We are a professional coaching services provider, and our coaches are accomplished leaders with unique leadership capabilities and international experience. Our clients are middle managers and senior executives. As our name indicates, we work closely with our clients in a one-on-one circle of trust. We follow a unique coaching approach and abide by the International Coaching Federation Code of Ethics.

The foundation of our work is based on a Systems Psychodynamics Coaching approach; we partner with our clients on a journey to uncover their full potential, resolve limiting beliefs, and help them realize their dreams with small nudges along the way. Our Managing Partner holds both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Industrial Engineering. He has professional practitioner certifications in Portfolio Project Management. He completed several Executive Education programs from prominent universities, Harvard Business School,  INSEAD, Harvard Kennedy School, Columbia University, and Stanford University. He is a certified Executive Coach from INSEAD, a Senior Certified Professional Coach from Coach Transformation Academy.
