This service package is six coaching sessions at a time, for individual executives dealing with one or more business issues or dilemmas. After the initial discovery session, the coach and client will partner on a coaching journey. 

This service is for teams or groups facing challenges to work together or to achieve their desired goals; it could be due to communication issues, resistance to change, challenging goals, etc. The exact duration of this engagement depends on the size of the team or group and the challenges they face. After the initial discovery session, we will submit a proposal for the engagement. 

This engagement is for organizations seeking alignment of their executives towards the CEO’s goals and the organisations' vision. This could also be for on-boarding new executives, coaching them on their development goals, or for transitioning to a new role. Following the initial discovery session, we will submit a proposal for the engagement.
